Al Hertz has a 33 year track record of successfully placing candidates in exciting and lucrative career opportunities. Over the years, Al has established principles that guide the relationship with you, the candidate.
Our reputation for great matches is a direct result of listening to our candidates’ needs. We provide challenging opportunities that result in successful job placements, but we also have an eye on the long term. We develop long term relationships with candidates through honesty and doing the right thing for each candidate’s career. Each candidate is advised on how they can best market themselves. We help to identify opportunities that will be rewarding, both personally and financially.
A career is not just one exciting short story followed by another. Instead it’s a novel that is carefully crafted. Each chapter of your career should lead into the next, toward goals and successes. We know that today’s successes must fit your needs today, but also be stepping stones towards a bright future.
Because each job change will affect your career as well as your family, we don’t expect candidates to make a move without considering it carefully. In the meantime, you can expect complete confidentiality. If you decide that a particular move won’t work for your family, we’ll keep looking for something that makes sense.
Some recruiting firms are focused on the client rather than the candidate. Others just make matches as quickly as possible in order to make the commission. At Al Hertz & Associates, we know that the best placements are ones that the candidate and client is excited about. The line between candidate and client is fuzzy at best. As our candidates have succeeded, their success becomes our success. When they start to develop teams of their own, they know where to come for excellent candidates.
Even though Al has made hundreds of placements and supervised thousands, we still take pride in each and every happy story from candidates we’ve placed.
